Last weekend we went to our public library to pick up a few new books for Annika to read. Afterward we went over to the Grant Elementary School playground to let Annika run around a bit (to wear her out) before going home. Annika loves slides, so we headed over to the first one to let her go down one. After the first time, Noelle and I had turned around to look at something across the street for a second. When we turned back around, we found this:
No; we did not lift Annika up to that position on the ladder. We didn’t hold her hands and let her “walk” up the rungs. She climbed all the way up there. By herself. And fast. She is seriously a little monkey. We’re so screwed….
